Dogma // Alares

We deliver actual results. Not paperwork.

A strategy house for the human//machine era.

01 / What we believe

Companies are reorganising around AI. Their consultants haven’t.

The firms that will win the next decade understand AI is no longer a tool, it is the operating system, the intelligent core the firm runs on. Every activity and decision flows through this core, which continuously learns and improves. Strategy and execution become one role. The unit of corporate capability is shifting from labour to compute.

Strategy consulting was built for an era when analysis was scarce and expensive. AI collapses both. The pyramid model, where associates produce the work and partners pitch and review, is now economically and structurally upside-down. Traditional firms are bolting AI onto the same model; their billable-hour economics prevent them from adopting it as the operating system.

We built Dogma Alares for this shift. Senior judgment at the front, compute in the middle, working artifacts at the back. A different category, not a different firm in the same one.

02 / What we commit to

Actual results. Whatever it requires.

We put our name behind the result. Every engagement decision — scope, deliverable form, partner involvement, post-handoff support — is configured around the named outcome, not around an activity list.

There is no “that’s not our scope” clause. Scope is bounded by the outcome we own, not by the activities we perform. If reaching the result requires building, sitting in your seat, or running the operation for six months: that’s the engagement.

03 / What we do

We solve hard client problems where the traditional consulting playbook ends.

Hard means the answer isn’t in the playbook. A pricing structure for a market that didn’t exist last year. An operating model for a fifty-person team that has to behave like five hundred. A business model built from scratch for a category that didn’t exist. Where the standard methodology runs out is where we start.

04 / How we work

An AI-native strategy house built around outcomes.

Dogma Alares is a strategy consulting firm built around outcomes, not paperwork. AI is the operating system; not a tool we use, but the way the firm runs. That changes how engagements are scoped, priced, staffed, and delivered. The eight rules below describe how we work.

// Value

  1. Outcomes are the unit of work. We price, scope, and execute against a defined result, not against an activity or a deliverable count. The result is named upfront; we do whatever the result requires.
  2. The proposal carries the work, not a pitch. By the time you see our letter of proposal, at least half the solution is built: a set of strategic initiatives, a working model, a tool, or a draft of the artifact you’ll take home. You evaluate us on what we have already shipped for your problem, not on credentials or methodology slides.
  3. Every engagement ships a living artifact. You take home a working mechanism, a model, a tool, a system, not only a deck describing one. Handoff is the artifact running.
  4. Engagements continue past handoff. Traditional consulting ends when the binder is delivered. Ours doesn’t. The artifact keeps operating, and we stay attached as long as the result needs us.

// Engagement Model and Economics

  1. One partner, always present. No pyramid. Every conversation is with the partner running your engagement, nothing between you and the work. Experts coupled with AI handle the production load; the partner handles the analysis, the judgment, and the outcome.
  2. The firm compounds. Your engagement sharpens. Every engagement leaves us sharper. Patterns, methods, and reusable scaffolding accumulate as firm assets, not as tribal knowledge living in a consultant’s head. Your engagement begins with all of it.
  3. Capacity scales on compute, not headcount. Our economics are not bound by hours-times-people. A small team delivers a large outcome because production runs on compute. That is what makes outcome-tied pricing viable at our size.
  4. We price for results, not for hours. You pay for the outcome you hired us for, not for the time spent producing it. Outcome-tied where possible; base plus success fee as the default.

Most consulting firms call a deck a result. We don’t.
